How are the cookies packaged, and how long do they last?
Our cookies are individually packaged, with nutritional labels including allergen information, our branding, and contact details on the back. They are heat-sealed to ensure freshness, and can last up to 8 weeks if unopened and kept out of direct heat and sunlight.
These cookies are then packed in protective boxes with cushioning materials to prevent damage during transit.
What is your capacity?
We operate from a fully licensed, Maroondah City Council–approved commercial kitchen, maintained and cleaned daily. Our facility includes a high-capacity commercial oven and is staffed by a dedicated team—not just one person.
We bake daily to ensure freshness and maintain strict quality control, with each cookie individually checked. Our production capacity exceeds 10,000 cookies per day, and we regularly fulfill bulk corporate orders and supply food distributors.
Are your facilities HACCP certified?
Yes. Our production processes are HACCP certified, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality control. Our HACCP Certification number is FSP-1685-SR-01.
How do I place an order and what’s the process?
You can place an order through our Corporate Cookie Order page or our Personalised Photo Cookies page. Select your shape, quantity, event date, and upload your logo or design files if required. A preview will be shown on the page.
Once your order is placed, it will be processed according to the delivery date requested. We'll begin production closer to your event date to ensure freshness. Your cookies can then be shipped Australia-wide or picked up from our kitchen in Bayswater North. We offer Melbourne same day delivery.
What should I know about delivery and shipping for corporate cookie orders?
We offer fast delivery and Australia-wide shipping, with local and interstate delivery times varying based on your order size and level of customisation.
Place your order online through our website, select the quantity, and select the estimated delivery date on the calendar at checkout. Your order will be processed accordingly. We recommend setting the delivery date 1–3 days prior to your event date. For Melbourne Metro areas, we offer same day delivery (select 'Priority Express' service for Melbourne same-day delivery).
Pick-up is also available from our kitchen in Bayswater North, VIC.

Yes. Our cookies may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. Allergen declarations are listed on our cookie packaging.
How do I store the cookies?
To maintain optimal freshness, store the cookies at room temperature in their original heat-sealed packaging. Avoid exposure to excessive heat or direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend consuming the cookies within 24 to 72 hours. Refrigeration is not advised.
