What a delicious gift idea! If you would like to send our cookies as a gift you’re more than welcome. When filling out your order, don’t forget to let us know if you’d like to add a message and we’ll be sure to include this in the box with the cookies.

Our base ingredients include:

Plain flour, salt, baking powder, butter, sugar, vanilla essence, eggs, pure icing sugar, water, egg white powder & royal icing.

For vegan cookies, our ingredients include:

Vegan butter, sugar, unsweetened almond milk, cornstarch, vanilla extract, almond extract, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt.

For gluten-free cookies, these products include the use of gluten-free flour.

For fondant cookies, fondant is included as an ingredient.

There may be additional ingredients for our flavoured cookies (such as our Triple B Chunky Cookies). For more detailed information on what ingredients are used in specific products, please navigate to the cookie's product page, and scroll down to the 'Description' tab. Each product or flavour has their ingredients listed there.

Custom orders are agreed upon and finalized between both parties. The outcome of the cookies is indeterminate until they are made. As the customer, you trust us to decorate the cookies according to your specifications. Please note that there may be slight differences in the artwork and the final outcome as our cookies are handcrafted, relying on the skill and craftsmanship of our team. By placing a custom order with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. We strive to create beautiful and unique cookies that meet your expectations, and we appreciate your understanding of the nature of our handcrafted process.

We strictly do not offer refunds for custom orders as labour time and materials have been used to create your order.

Postage and handling fees for regular post is from $16.95 and takes 3 – 5 business days. Express post is available from $24.95 and takes 1-2 business days depending on your location.

Cookies are available for pick up from Bayswater North only. Please contact us to confirm the time and day of pick up after placing your order.

Have some special delivery instructions we need to be aware of? No problems! Just leave a note with your order so we know eg. Parcel to be left at the front door

The cookies will be dispatched closer to the selected date of delivery (estimated) on our calendar. For a regular post, it will take 3–5 business days to reach you. For express post, the parcel will arrive within 1-2 business days, post-dispatched. For custom or high-volume orders, your dispatch date may be longer than 5 business days (but not by much don’t worry!) this will be communicated to you once your order has been received. And for all your inter-staters, we ship to you too! For QLD, NT, WA, please allow 5-7 business days on regular post, and 2-3 business days on express post.

For shipping to WA, please expect delays up to 2 weeks via Australia post. (Just in case!)

Internationals, unfortunately you’ll have to book a holiday to have a taste!

PS: Please select an estimated delivery date a week prior to your actual event. This is to allow sufficient time for postage and shipping delays. Sugar Rush by Steph is NOT responsible for shipping delays. Parcel will be dispatched within the estimated timeframe as specified by Australia Post or other courier services. It is your responsibility to ensure your order arrives in time for your own discretionary use.

Our cookies are heat sealed to ensure freshness. We will also bubble wrap them to avoid any damages. Unfortunately, once shipped we can’t protect them so if any cookies are damaged please contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the issue. We do not offer refunds for damaged cookies but we can send a replacement.

Once you have selected your preferred delivery date, we will send them a few days prior to the required date. In the event that your parcel is delayed, Sugar Rush by Steph is not responsible for this matter. We do not offer refunds if your parcels are delayed as this is only an estimated time. As you can appreciate, once parcels are dispatched, we rely on the couriers to fulfil the delivery. We strongly recommend you to select your date a week prior to your required date to avoid disappointment. Our cookies are all individually heat sealed and wrapped to ensure freshness. They can last up to 8 weeks.

We love a custom cookie! Send us through your creative juices, and we’ll turn them into cookies!

Please kindly ensure your delivery address is correct. Once order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. If the cookies are sent to a business address, please ensure you include the business name on the shipping address. Please note that we do not ship to PO box address.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will received a notification via email from our courier company.

Our cookies are a little fussy (but only a little bit!) They love to be kept at room temperature, and hate excessive heat! Keep the cookies in the heat-sealed bags to ensure freshness. Once opened, consume within 24 – 72 hours. Please do not refrigerate our cookies.method.

Our cookies love the heat sealed bags, and will last up to 12 weeks if kept in these. Once opened, they will need to be consumed within 24 – 72 hours to ensure they taste delicious!

Sugar Rush by Steph is not responsible for any damages during transit. Whilst we ensure all our cookies are packed well, in the unlikely event that the cookies are damaged during transit, we do not offer refund for this instance. We recommend you to order extra cookies to avoid disappointment.
