From a home kitchen to an award-winning bakery

Sugar Rush by Steph started close to ten years ago in a home kitchen, with one oven, a very tired stand mixer and a lot of late nights piping icing. Today we bake and decorate from a factory-scale kitchen that can produce more than 10,000 hand-decorated cookies a day.

Growth like that doesn't happen on its own. It happened because people trusted us with their birthdays, baby showers, weddings, product launches and thank-you gifts, then came back and trusted us again. So this award belongs to our customers as much as it belongs to us! And to our bakers and decorators: this one's yours. You put the same care into the last cookie of the day as the first, and it shows.

What goes into our award-winning cookies

An award is a lovely thing to receive, but the reasons behind it are pretty practical. Here's what you can expect every time you order:

• HACCP-certified production. Our kitchen runs under a certified HACCP food safety program, so every batch is made to documented standards for hygiene, handling and storage.
• Hand-decorated detail. Every cookie is decorated by hand by our team, whether you order a dozen or a few thousand.
• Gluten-free and vegan options. We offer gluten-free and vegan cookies, so more people at the table can join in.
• Australia-wide delivery. We ship right across Australia, and every order is carefully packed for the trip from our Melbourne kitchen to your door.

Custom and personalised cookies, delivered Australia-wide

Most of what we make is designed for a specific person, business or occasion.

For gifting and celebrations: add a name, a short message or your party colours. Our personalised cookies are made for birthdays, christenings, engagements and graduations, or simply for saying "thinking of you" to someone interstate.

For businesses: our corporate branded cookies put your logo, brand colours or campaign message onto something people actually want to eat. They're popular for client gifts, conferences, product launches and staff thank-yous. Because we produce at scale, we can handle large orders, including deliveries to offices in different states!
