Please select an estimated delivery date a week before your actual event! This is to allow sufficient time for postage and shipping delays. Sugar Rush by Steph is NOT responsible for shipping delays. Parcel will be dispatched within the estimated timeframe as specified by Star Track or other courier services. It is your responsibility to ensure your order arrives in time for your own discretionary use. The cookies will be dispatched closer to the selected date of delivery (estimated) on our calendar.
We ship Australia-wide! Our parcels are delivered by Star Track Courier. Within metro areas, it will take 1–2 business days to reach you. For regional areas, it will take 1-4 business days. Same-day delivery is available for Melbourne. For custom or high-volume orders, your dispatch date may be longer than 5 business days - this will be communicated to you once your order has been received.
Each cookie in a luxury gift box is lightly secured with icing to keep it safe during transit.
To safely remove your cookies:
- Lift the base paper first. Don’t pull the cookie directly.
- Gently peel the paper up from underneath to loosen the icing.
- Once the paper lifts slightly, the cookie should come away cleanly.
- Avoid lifting the cookie by its edges, as this puts pressure on it and can cause breakage.
