These chocolate macarons are lovingly baked with their ingredients sourced from only the finest, highest quality Callebaut couverture chocolates that have a high content of cocoa!
Available only in single-colour packs.
Base Ingredients: Almond flour, icing sugar, egg whites, sugar, butter, full cream, high-quality Callebaut couverture dark chocolate.
Dark Chocolate (Callebaut couverture chocolate) variant Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, butter, cream.
Passionfruit variant Ingredients: Passionfruit purée, high-quality Callebaut white couverture chocolate (Kosher (D). 28% min. Cocoa 29.5% Cocoa butter 22% min. Milk 6.3% Milk fat 16.7% Fat free milk 35.8% Fat 29.5% Cocoa butter).
Salted Caramel variant Ingredients: Salted caramel, butter, cream.
All macarons come packed in white ivory boxes, which protects from heat and humidity. Macarons can last up to 7 days at ambient temperature and up to 7 weeks in the fridge, but best consumed within 3 days of receiving. Cookie shipping and delivery Australia-wide.
